Global AI talent that sticks

Bubblegum: global RevOps, GTM and automation operators, full-time on your team from $4K a month.

Senior RevOps, GTM and automation operators, full-time on your team.

$4K a month, all-in, instead of ~$16K for a local hire. Matched to your exact stack and productive from day one.

We're different

All we do is AI operations.

Most staffing shops do a bit of everything. We do exactly one thing, and it’s the one you’re trying to hire for right now.

Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Make.com and Apollo
Everyone else

A bit of everything.

Bookkeeping, customer support, data entry, a virtual assistant — and sure, they’ll bolt on “an AI specialist” too. One generic menu, none of it their actual craft. You feel it by week two.

Bubblegum ✓

Only AI operators. Nothing else.

GTM engineers, automation engineers, general AI ops — fluent in Clay, n8n, HubSpot, Make and Salesforce. The exact role you’re posting for, minus the $150K base.

The crew

Meet a few operators.

People, not placements. Scored on what you're hiring for. Quirks included.

Gotta place 'em all.

The network

One operator. The whole crew behind them.

Most remote hires work alone: one person, a dozen timezones from anyone who does what they do. Ours don't. Every operator we place is wired into the crew: a private back-channel of every other Bubblegum operator. One teammate on your team — with a room of specialists at their back.

One seat, the whole bench

You hire one operator. Behind them sits the whole crew — every other operator we've placed. One person on the payroll, a network in their corner.

The crew knows

New tool, gnarly edge case, something they haven't hit before? Odds are someone in the network shipped it last week. They pull the playbook instead of burning your hours reinventing it.

Always at the bleeding edge

A quarter in AI is a year anywhere else. The crew keeps each other current — new tools, new tricks — so your operator's never running last year's playbook.

One hire.

The whole crew behind them.

How it works

Three steps. One call.

No recruiting slog. Tell us the role, meet the person, and they get to work.

1

Tell us the role

Send the job post or a quick rundown of your stack. We match you with an operator who's done that exact work.

2

Meet your operator

One 30-minute call to make sure it clicks. That's the whole hiring process.

3

They start

Your operator joins your team full-time, in your tools. We handle the contract, pay and admin.

Free replacement.

Not the right fit? We swap them out at no cost, no questions asked.

The deal

One bill. Zero busywork. Always covered.

$

One flat bill

You pay Bubblegum, we handle payroll, contracts and admin across borders. You manage a teammate, not a country's tax code.

1

Full-time, all yours

Your operator works full-time on your team, in your tools, on your priorities.

Always covered

Not the right fit, or they move on? We replace them free with someone pre-vetted and ready, so the seat stays covered.

The math

Same seat. A quarter of the cost.

What it actually takes to fill a RevOps or GTM engineering seat.

Bubblegum's $4K is the total: no payroll tax, benefits, recruiting or other fees on top. The ~$16K is what a typical US GTM engineer costs to employ: a ~$130K median salary (from 1,000 GTM engineering job postings) plus the 46% employers pay on top for payroll tax, insurance, retirement and leave (US Bureau of Labor Statistics), before any recruiting fees.

FAQ

Good questions.

How much does a Bubblegum operator cost?

A Bubblegum operator costs from $4K a month, full-time and all-in, with no extra fees. A comparable US hire runs around $16K a month once salary, payroll tax, benefits and other employer costs are added.

Is Bubblegum an agency?

No. We don't manage the work or sit between you and your operator. They're contracted and paid through Bubblegum purely to take the cross-border admin off your hands, but for all intents and purposes they're your own team member: they work in your tools, join your meetings and take direction from you.

What roles do your operators fill?

Bubblegum operators fill RevOps, GTM engineering and automation roles. They build and run the systems behind your pipeline in tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Make, n8n and Apollo.

Are Bubblegum operators full-time?

Yes. Each operator works full-time as part of your team, in your tools and your channels.

Where are your operators based?

Bubblegum operators are global talent based in the Philippines and Latin America, working remotely as part of your team.

How does hiring an operator work?

Tell us the role, meet your operator on one 30-minute call, and they start. There are no long interview rounds.

What if the operator isn't the right fit?

We replace them for free. Tell us it isn't working and we put forward someone pre-vetted and ready, so the seat stays covered.

Who handles contracts and payroll?

Bubblegum does. Operators are contracted and paid through us, so you get one invoice a month and never deal with cross-border payroll or tax.

How is an AI operator different from a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant takes admin tasks off your plate. A Bubblegum operator is a seasoned RevOps, GTM or automation professional who designs and builds the systems behind your go-to-market: CRM workflows, enrichment tables, automations and AI tooling. They bring ideas and own the work, rather than waiting to be told what to do.

The vision

An AI operator in every company in America.

An edge today. Table stakes tomorrow. Move while it still counts.
